Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Shipments may be delayed due to postal service shortages caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. They may also see a slight delay during the holidays when there are high volumes of shipments.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates* these are estimates only. Please see the final rate at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Please note, delivery to some PO Box addresses may not be available.  If delivery is unavailable to your PO Box designation, one of our representatives will be in contact for an alternate address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed upon fulfillment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Becalia Botanicals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Becalia Botanicals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at hello@becaliabotanicals.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to ship domestically within the United States.
