Have you ever heard the phrase “It’s what’s on the inside that counts?” What about, “You are what you eat?” Well, turns out that those couldn’t be truer. We can buy the most expensive treatments, skincare, and makeup that money can buy and still have chronic skin problems. It’s a frustrating problem for a lot of people, including myself!

I can always tell when I haven’t been nourishing my body right because the effects can usually be seen on my skin within a few days. So, if you’re like me and you suffer from chronic skin problems, whether that is blackheads, dryness, acne, or even something as simple as dullness, and you can't figure out what the root cause is, then maybe it’s time to look within.
